Storm in a glass of Apple juice

Storm in a glass of water

First, my apologies for repeating myself. But, once again there is a lot of media attention on a vulnerability in Apple products.

Note, the websites that are talking about this threat are loaded with advertisements. And, that’s what this is all about - "scare mongering" to get eyeballs on the ads, so they can generate money.

Rest assured, Apple along with the other major software developers are paying large bounties for vulnerabilities that they find. This information is usually known for many weeks or even months by Apple before it becomes public. By then these vulnerabilities have been addressed and are ready to be fixed with a simple software update.

All you need to do is accept the updates that are offered to you and move on.

Keep in mind, there is an important distinction between a Software upDate and a upGrade. The upDate fixes problems in the code where an upGrade changes the computer to an entirely new version of the software.
